Studies

I always dreamed of becoming a chef  I  have dedicated my life to study gastronomy in my country and abroad and have learned from the best chefs from around the world.  

My first opportunity was in San Francisco followed by the  Ritz  in París. During the following years , I have had the amazing opportunity to live in Spain; where I worked at two of the best  restaurants in the world ,  Arzak and  El Bulli, both with 3 Michelin Stars 

Seven years ago I arrived to Los Cabos at the luxury hotel  Las Ventanas al Paraíso. And Finally I decided to open my own buisness . 

I consider myself a passionate, humble and wise Ambassador of Mexican Cuisine. 

I enjoy and learn when I  travel through different countries and discover and absorb the main cuisine of each place, I try to incorporate what I have learned to my cuisine , the fusion of ingredients flavors and cultures are greatly accepted by my clients , giving YOU a personalized first class service
