Im passionate about Mexican culture,  history and  traditions.  As a Chef my greatest satisfaction is being able to share my knowledge, love and respect for Mexican Cuisine. 

I was born in Mexico City, but destiny took me to live in Pardise; Los Cabos Baja California Sur, Mexico,  I arrived here seven years ago and I continuously discover the culinary wonders of this place, the perfect combination and balance of its resources like  its mysterious vineyards, the richness of its organic farms, the magic universe of fish and seafood. This inspiration allows me to create original, and healthy dishes to satisfy the most exquisit palates.
